The Scheme works like this:
You purchase the showhome on a new development and the developer will rent it back from you, providing a guaranteed rental income over an agreed term, typically from one to three years.
They pay all of the outgoings and fully maintain the property. You benefit from having an immediate tenant and at the end of the rental agreement, you're free to find a new tenant or to sell the property which just looks like new! on a near or completed housing development.
